Circolation - Streetcircus parade
Circolation is a spectacular circus parade that combines acrobatics, theatre, and dance into an amazing mobile street theatre act. This unique parade made its world premiere in 2024 during a grand parade through the streets of Hong Kong, attracting 155,000 visitors and 1.5 million TV viewers worldwide.
The parade attracts global attention and performs in numerous cities, with each performance offering a unique experience. One of Circolation's highlights is the use of a unique, proprietary acrowheel, in which talented acrobats somersault and perform breathtaking tricks. Combined with the impressive movements of stilt walkers and the astonishing skills of jugglers, the parade offers a visual spectacle that captivates both young and old.
Circolation goes beyond traditional circus acts by combining theatre and dance, making it more than just a circus parade. Using a stagebike as a mobile stage, the performers can literally shine at a high level. Music, colorful costumes, and interactive elements ensure that spectators don't just watch, but participate in the event. Circolation brings the magic of the circus to parades, festivals, and events around the world.

Frequently Asked Questions:
-
What disciplines do I get when I book a performance from Circolation?
The group's composition depends on the available artists we collaborate with. Each group is a professional mix of artists, including acrobats on the acrowheel, jugglers, and stilt walkers.
-
Do the Circolation artists also perform separately?
To create a truly immersive experience, the artists always perform as a group/parade (8-12 performers). It's not possible to use individual performers as, for example, jugglers, stilt walkers, or acrobats.
-
What do the artists of Circolation do in bad weather?
In principle, performances are always possible, either with an adapted version, time or location.
-
What conditions/surface are needed for the performance?
The artists can adapt to many situations. Suitable surfaces include asphalt, paving stones, concrete, or tiles. Soft or slippery surfaces such as soft grass, loose sand, mud, ice, or snow are not suitable.
